1. Services

We provide professional home staging, design, and consultation services. All services are subject to availability, property evaluation, and a signed agreement.

2. Quotes & Payments

• All quotes are non-binding until confirmed by a signed agreement.
• A deposit is required to secure your project and installation date.
• Full payment must be completed prior to installation unless otherwise agreed.
• Credit card payments may include a processing fee.

3. Scheduling

All projects are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Dates are only confirmed after agreement and payment is received.

4. Staging Inventory

All furniture and decor remain the property of Eleganza Staging & Design.

Clients are responsible for the condition of all items during the staging period. Any damage, loss, or theft may result in replacement charges at current market value plus associated costs.

5. Staging Term

Staging services are provided for a defined period, typically 30 days unless otherwise stated. Extensions are available for an additional fee.

6. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to fees depending on timing and project status.

7. Property Access

Clients must provide safe, clean, and timely access to the property. Delays due to access or property conditions are not our responsibility.

8. Photography

We may photograph staged properties for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to installation.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for market outcomes such as sale price or time on market. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

10. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
